Registered Nurse - NICU

Independently manage patient care in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit while coordinating with the multidisciplinary team and delegating tasks appropriately. Serve as a clinical resource for new employees and demonstrate leadership within the unit. Utilize the nursing process to identify hospital resources and maintain accountability for patient outcomes. Requires two years of experience, BLS certification, NRP certification, and a Bachelor's degree. Full-time day shift with 36-hour schedule.
