Job Summary
Registered Nurse NICU Program Coordinator responsible for delivering direct bedside care to premature and critically ill newborns while leading NICU program coordination. Partners with neonatologists and interdisciplinary teams to advance quality and safety initiatives, support staff education and competencies, and ensure adherence to evidence-based protocols. Required Qualifications
- RN license or compact license in good standing
- Ability to provide direct bedside care to premature and critically ill newborns
- Experience in NICU or neonatal nursing
- Program coordination or leadership experience is a plus
- Strong collaboration with neonatologists and interdisciplinary teams
- Commitment to quality and safety initiatives
- Education and staff development/orientation duties
- Compliance with evidence-based protocols
- On-site, full-time role in El Paso/Doña Ana area
