Job Summary
Registered Nurse-NICU at Mission Hospital in Rutherfordton, NC. Provides leadership facilitating professional nursing care using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, and to teach patients and families. NICU-specific focus in a Level III Neonatal ICU with a 51-bed unit and sizable annual admissions; position eligible for a sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license with North Carolina Board of Nursing (eNLC may apply)
- One year of nursing experience
- BLS Healthcare Provider certification
- Prior NICU nursing experience
