Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the physical, social, and psychological status of patients using evidence-based practice and interdisciplinary collaboration. Direct care delivery through delegation, coordinate resources, and manage time to ensure timely interventions while documenting accurately and adhering to legal standards. Collaboratively develop individualized care plans with patients, families, and physicians, including education and referrals, and revise plans based on clinical outcomes and satisfaction. Maintain BLS certification and uphold professional licensure requirements within the scope of practice.
