Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the physical, social, and psychological status of NICU patients using the nursing process, evidence-based practice, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Direct care delivery through delegation and coordination while managing time, supplies, and resources to meet individualized care plans. Evaluate patient response to interventions, revise care plans as needed, and provide accurate, timely documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Requires current state licensure, BLS certification, and strong manual dexterity for patient transfers and equipment manipulation. Full BSN required for new hires; 36 weekly hours at $38.37–$57.29 hourly. Located at Intermountain Health St Vincent Regional Hospital in Billings, Montana.
Required Qualifications
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice
- Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of the start of employment
- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Education must be obtained from an accredited institution
- Degree will be verified
