Job Summary
Provide specialized, evidence-based nursing care to neonatal patients across three designated NICU locations, adapting quickly to varying workflows, equipment, and unit cultures. Deliver competent nursing care to infants ranging from stable growing to critically ill neonates requiring advanced respiratory interventions while serving as a resource for team collaboration. Maintain flexibility regarding unit assignments based on patient census and staffing needs. Work full-time night shifts (7p-7a) with a flexible self-scheduling option and one on-call shift per six weeks.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) - American Academy of Pediatrics
- Registered Nurse (KS) - National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS)
- Registered Nurse (MO) - National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS)
- Associate Degree
- Full Time Night Shift
- 1 On-Call Shift per 6 wk Schedule
