Job Summary
Part-time Weekend Nights NICU RN in Indianapolis provides neonatal care in a 38-bed Level 3 NICU. Responsible for developing, implementing, reassessing, and evaluating plans of care; ensuring patient safety; collaborating with the care team to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care for neonates and their families; maintaining acuity-based patient ratios; and adapting to a fast-paced hospital environment. Shift: 7:00 pm–7:30 am on weekends; travel is rarely required.
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree from an accredited nursing program is required
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Indiana
- BSN desirable
