Job Summary
Conduct outpatient hemodialysis procedures in a 9-chair clinic within North Country Hospital, operating three days weekly on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Maintain current RN licensure recognized by the State of Vermont, with at least one year of prior or current dialysis experience required. Utilize safe patient handling and mobility equipment to manage patient care while adhering to great patient ratios under shared governance. Participate in structured preceptorships and continuing education opportunities to support professional growth.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont
- ADN
- At least one (1) year of prior or current dialysis RN experience
