Registered Nurse- Newborn Admission - PRN Tier 3 Days - NICU

Render highly professional and technical nursing care to assigned newborn patients in the NICU using the nursing process. Provide direct and indirect patient care, including safe and accurate medication and IV administration, while ensuring complete and timely written communication of patient information. Support the educational process for patients, families, and significant others, and maintain a safe, therapeutic environment for all. Adhere to general hospital standards to promote a cooperative work environment through effective communication and team building. Take personal responsibility for performance and professional growth while utilizing the nursing process to ensure quality care throughout the episode of care.
