Registered Nurse- Newborn Admission - PRN Tier 3 Days - NICU

Conduct highly professional and technical nursing care to assigned patients in the NICU, utilizing the nursing process for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Provide direct and indirect patient care, including safe and accurate medication and IV administration, while assuming responsibility for the educational process for patients, families, and significant others. Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment and ensure complete, accurate, and timely written communication of patient information. Adhere to general hospital standards to promote a cooperative work environment through effective communication and team building. Work as a PRN Tier 3 nurse for two days a week, requiring at least one year of NICU experience and a current Texas nursing license.
