Job Summary
Registered Nurse monitors vital signs and ensures participant safety during study sessions, performs health assessments, reviews Physical Activity Readiness forms, communicates with the data collection team about participants’ health status, responds to medical emergencies, and maintains documentation in accordance with safety protocols. Must hold a valid New Jersey RN license, with at least 2 years of nursing experience (clinical or research preferred), BLS and ACLS certifications, and knowledge of medical ethics and patient confidentiality. Experience in cardiac care or exercise physiology is a plus; strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in the state of New Jersey
- At least 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a clinical or research setting
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications
