Registered Nurse- New Graduate

Provide safe, age-appropriate patient care and function as an advisor and resource for patients and families across Emergency Department, ICU, ICU Step Down, Progressive Care, Stroke Medical, Surgical Orthopedic, and Behavioral Health units. Participate in individualized new nurse orientations and internships while engaging with clinical coaches and preceptors to navigate the clinical landscape. Receive support from life coaches addressing work-life balance and stress challenges as you progress through the Nurse Resident-New Grad Registered Nurse Program. Complete required classes, present cases, and develop clinical skills under the guidance of a dedicated orientation team.
