Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive nursing care for acutely ill patients across Cardiac Telemetry, Inpatient Rehab, and Medical Surgical Oncology units. Collect and analyze patient data to develop individualized care plans, coordinate delivery, and evaluate progress toward outcomes. Direct care teams, collaborate with physicians and family members, and document responses to interventions while adhering to ANA standards and regulatory guidelines. Participate in shared governance, committee work, and unit projects to support continuous quality improvement. Join the Nursing Residency Program for mentorship and ongoing education during your first year.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Current State of Illinois Registered Professional Nurse
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate with others
- Strong analytic abilities
- Commitment to obtain a BSN from an accredited program within three years of first day of employment in clinical nurse role (for ADN candidates)

- Trauma Nurse Specialist (TNS)
