Job Summary
Deliver safe, patient-centered nursing care on the Medical Surgical Unit by assessing, monitoring, and evaluating patient conditions while administering medications and IV therapies. Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care, assist with procedures, and educate patients on treatment plans and discharge instructions. Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record and promote infection prevention and regulatory compliance. Requires current state RN license, BLS certification, and ACLS within 30 days; BSN and acute care experience preferred. Nights shift. Up to $20,000 sign-on bonus for experienced RNs or $10,000 for new graduates.
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid state RN License
- Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current
- Current ACLS certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current
Desired Qualifications
- Previous Acute Care hospital experience preferred
- Ventilator Management experience preferred
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
