Job Summary
Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and IV infusions to adult oncology patients while performing patient assessments, monitoring treatment responses, and educating families on symptom management. Ensure adherence to hazardous drug handling protocols and maintain accurate documentation with HIPAA compliance. Collaborate with the care team to coordinate treatments and communicate clinical updates to physicians. Deliver compassionate, specialized care within the Oncology/Infusion Center in accordance with clinical standards.
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid state RN License
- Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current
Desired Qualifications
- Oncology Nursing Certification preferred
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
