Registered Nurse (New Grads Welcome!)

Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and IV infusions to adult oncology patients while performing patient assessments and monitoring treatment responses. Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and symptom management, and ensure adherence to oncology safety standards and hazardous drug handling protocols. Collaborate with the care team to coordinate treatment and communicate clinical changes, labs, and diagnostic results to physicians. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure HIPAA compliance within the Oncology/Infusion Center. This role offers experienced RNs with 2+ years of acute care experience up to a $20,000 sign-on bonus, while new graduates are eligible for a $10,000 bonus. Pay ranges from $36.00 to $49.16 per hour for 12-hour shifts. Central Maine Healthcare serves approximately 400,000 residents across Maine through a network of primary and specialty care locations.
