Job Summary
Deliver direct patient care for assigned Medical-Surgical patients by performing ongoing assessments, administering medications and IV therapy, and coordinating care in an acute environment. Communicate changes in condition and diagnostic results to physicians, provide patient and family education, and respond quickly to status changes while maintaining accurate clinical documentation. Ensure compliance with patient safety, HIPAA, and regulatory standards. Full-time nights shift (7p–7a) with 12-hour rotations; sign-on bonus available for qualified candidates. New graduates are welcome to join our structured residency program featuring hands-on training and dedicated preceptor support.
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid state RN License
- Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current
Desired Qualifications
- Current ACLS certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current preferred
- Previous Acute Care hospital experience preferred
- Ventilator Management experience preferred
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
