Registered Nurse (New Grads Welcome!)

Provide exceptional perioperative care in a collaborative, patient-focused surgical environment, utilizing the nursing process for patients across all age groups. Coordinate patient care with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and interdisciplinary teams while directing and supporting OR Technicians and ancillary staff. Promote efficient patient flow, unit organization, and continuity of care, ensuring compliance with regulatory, professional, and hospital standards. Participate in quality improvement, staff meetings, and continuing education, serving as a clinical resource and mentor to team members. Work 12-hour day shifts at Central Maine Medical Center with a starting rate of $37.00 to $51.28 per hour.
