Registered Nurse (New Grads Welcome!)

Deliver direct patient care in the Emergency Department by performing rapid assessment, triage, and prioritization of care for diverse populations. Respond to acute changes, trauma, and life-threatening conditions while interpreting labs, diagnostics, and patient symptoms. Administer medications, IV therapy, and emergency treatments, then communicate patient status with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. Educate patients and families on care and discharge instructions, ensuring compliance with EMTALA, HIPAA, and patient safety standards. Maintain accurate, timely documentation and report suspected abuse or neglect per regulatory requirements. Work full-time 12-hour night shifts with a 3x12 schedule.
