Registered Nurse (New Grads Welcome!)

Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical-Surgical unit in Lewiston, ME. Full-time night shifts (7p–7a, 12-hour shifts) with a structured New Grad Residency Program, hands-on training, and dedicated preceptor support. Responsibilities include delivering direct patient care, ongoing assessments, communicating changes in condition and results to physicians, administering medications and IV therapy, patient and family education, coordinating care, responding to changes in patient status, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring compliance with safety, HIPAA, and regulatory standards.
