Job Summary
CCU Registered Nurse (RN) for Coronary Care Unit in Central Maine Medical Center, Lewiston, ME. New Grad Residency Program available with structured training and a dedicated preceptor. Role involves delivering direct patient care to adults with cardiac conditions, monitoring cardiac status, performing nursing processes, educating patients and families, supervising other nursing staff, and ensuring HIPAA compliance. Shift: Full-time Nights, 7p–7a, 12-hour shifts. Sign-on bonus available for qualified candidates; eligibility discussed during interview.
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid state RN License
- Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current
- Current ACLS certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current
- Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation within 30 days of hire
- Previous Acute Care hospital experience preferred
- Ventilator Management experience preferred
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
