Registered Nurse (New Grads Welcome!)

Deliver direct patient care for assigned Medical-Surgical patients while performing ongoing assessments and monitoring patient responses to treatment. Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments per physician orders, and communicate changes in condition, diagnostic results, and symptomatology to medical staff. Provide patient and family education, guide nursing support staff, and respond quickly to changes in patient status. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with patient safety, HIPAA, and regulatory standards. This full-time night shift role (7p–7a) includes a structured residency program for new graduates, offering skills training, ongoing education, and preceptor support within Central Maine Medical Center's acute care environment.
