Registered Nurse - Neurosurgery

Coordinates patient care activities on the unit in Neurosurgery, including patient assessment, medication administration, collaboration with physicians, patient education, procedural management, and other nursing duties. Plans and directs the nursing care plan, assigns tasks based on staff skill levels, maintains evidence-based standards, promotes patient safety, identifies problems and guides solutions, and ensures accurate documentation and reporting; supports the physician within established guidelines and maintains a high-quality, compassionate nursing care environment.
