Job Summary
Conduct clinical assessments, implement health care plans, and monitor patients' conditions at a 12-bed congregate living facility. Collaborate with physicians and external medical centers to prioritize patient outcomes while providing technical assistance, medical oversight, and staff training. Apply critical thinking and clinical judgment to address patients' biological, physical, and behavioral needs. Work 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM with a blended rate of $54.83-$60.66 per hour, including overtime pay. Requires an accredited RN degree, current license, CPR/First Aid certification, and minimum one year of experience.
