Registered Nurse

Plan, direct, and document all aspects of patient care in accordance with regulatory requirements and hospital policy. Assess patient needs to initiate, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans while maintaining continuity of care across shifts. Relate effectively with other shifts and departments to ensure satisfactory relations and participate in education, record maintenance, and skills training. Provide life-changing care for patients with acute psychiatric and complex medical needs in an interdisciplinary, multi-specialty model. This role supports our expanding access to behavioral healthcare across Indiana, Michigan, Texas, and Arizona.
