Provide nursing care to all patient populations in the department, utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate the patient plan of care. Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice while assuming responsibility and accountability for outcomes of nursing care. Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care, contributing positively to safety outcomes and promoting a high-quality patient experience. This Registered Nurse role is based at Evanston Hospital, a Magnet facility within Endeavor Health's integrated healthcare delivery system serving over 4.2 million residents across six northeast Illinois counties. The position requires a BSN degree, current Illinois nursing licensure, and BLS/CPR certification, with a minimum of one year of experience. Full-time and part-time options are available, with a standard schedule of 36 hours per week from Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 7:30 pm, including rotating weekends.
