Job Summary
Provides patient assessment and collection of health data; coordinates patient plan of care to ensure interventions are safe, timely, and appropriate; communicates clearly with patients, families, and health-care providers; individualizes patient and family teaching based on assessments; participates in evaluating nursing practice through quality improvement initiatives; maintains current nursing practice standards, laws, and regulations; supports professional development and growth opportunities within a Magnet-recognized system.
Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of an Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited school of nursing
- Current licensure to practice nursing in the State of Illinois
- Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association
