Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care while maintaining professional accountability for assigned patients. Evaluate the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers and coordinate patient care in conjunction with other departments. Maintain patient rights and confidentiality of patient information while performing duties consistent with Mercy Service Standards. Obtain or maintain American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications within 90 days of hire. This full-time role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus for candidates with at least one year of experience and includes medical, dental, vision coverage, paid time off, tuition support, and matched retirement plans.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate degree, Diploma, or BSN)
- Current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure
- American Heart Association BLS certification
- American Heart Association ACLS certification
