Registered Nurse Neuro Trauma

Registered Nurse – Neuro Trauma with Night shift responsibilities including assessment of physical, social, and cognitive status; collaborative development of individualized plans of care with an interdisciplinary team; directing and coordinating care; implementing care per plan and licensure standards; evaluating patient responses and revising plans; maintaining accurate documentation and professional ethics. Requires current RN license, BSN within four years for less than 12 months of experience, and BLS. Preferred BSN; night shift duties and hospital setting in Grand Junction, CO.
