Provide direct and indirect patient care to assigned neuro/trauma ICU patients using the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Direct and supervise other assigned team members while collaborating with multidisciplinary staff to deliver age-appropriate care in accordance with unit standards.
