Registered Nurse - Neuro Trauma ICU - PT

Registered nurse renders highly professional and technical nursing care to assigned patients in the Neuro Trauma ICU, using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation). Directs and supervises other assigned team members and collaborates with multidisciplinary team members to provide age- and developmentally appropriate care in accordance with unit standards of care. Responsibilities include clear communication, relationship-building, accountability, initiative for professional growth, and teamwork to enhance patient experience. Requires current RN license (Texas or eligibility), BLS, and ICU experience; BSN preferred.
