Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care in the Neuro Trauma ICU, implementing and monitoring patient care plans while recording and communicating patient conditions. Serve as the primary coordinator for all disciplines to ensure well-coordinated care and assess discharge planning needs with the healthcare team. Maintain BLS certification within 30 days of hire and hold a Florida RN license; Advanced Life Support is preferred. Requires at least two years of prior ICU experience. Nights PRN schedule with benefits including PTO, health insurance, retirement match, and tuition reimbursement. Required Qualifications
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date
- Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Florida
- Credentialed from State Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition 'Compact State' obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire
- At least 2 years of prior ICU experience
