Registered Nurse Neuro Stepdown nights

Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care on the Neuro Stepdown unit while maintaining professional accountability for assigned patients. Evaluate the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers and coordinate patient care in conjunction with other departments. Maintain patient rights and confidentiality of patient information consistent with Mercy Service Standards. Participate in an 8–16 week hands-on clinical training experience featuring one-on-one mentoring, classroom learning, and structured sessions focused on key nursing skills. Work alongside experienced nurses and collaborative care teams to build clinical confidence and critical thinking skills within a supportive learning environment.
