Registered Nurse - Neuro Progressive (Full-time, 7pm - 7am Nights)

Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, provide nursing care per the plan, and monitor patient conditions to report changes to providers. Document medical records accurately and evaluate patient progress toward clinical outcomes in collaboration with the healthcare team. Delegate tasks to student nurses, nursing assistants, and licensed practical nurses while assisting in orientation and clinical supervision. Float among various clinical services as qualified. Maintain patient quality of care, safety, and budgetary goals under the Unit Manager and Director of Nursing. Work nights from 7pm to 7am with 80% standing or walking duties.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Arkansas Registered Nurse license
- CPR certification
- ACLS certification
- ASLS certification
- Dysrhythmia certification
- Ability to spend 80% of time walking and/or standing while pushing, pulling, lifting, and/or carrying up to 50 lbs
- Ability to spend 20% of time sitting while performing work in a standard office environment
- Exposure to communicable diseases, bodily fluids, and radiation
Desired Qualifications
- National certification in relevant field
