Registered Nurse – Neuro/Peds/Trauma - RN

Coordinate and deliver nursing care for patients in Neuro/Peds/Trauma throughout the continuum of care. Provide direct patient care, patient/family education, and facilitate transitions of care. Demonstrate leadership through roles such as precepting, informal leadership, and involvement in quality improvement. Apply Mayo Clinic Nursing Professional Practice Model and ANA Nursing: Scope and Standards to guide practice; mentor others, participate in committees/projects, and ensure appropriate resource utilization. Valid state RN licensure and VisaScreen (or equivalent) certification are required; TN sponsorship is available. May require driving a personal vehicle as part of responsibilities.
