Job Summary
Lead the healthcare team at Forsyth Medical Center by establishing personalized relationships with patients and support systems while collaborating with physicians to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans. Utilize best scientific evidence and compassion to assist patients in navigating their health journey, accepting full responsibility for care management in accordance with current policies and procedures. Provide direct patient care in the Neuro ICU on a 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. PT night shift schedule. Requires current RN licensure, one year of acute nursing experience, and a BLS certification. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current RN licensure in appropriate state
- Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Red Cross or American Heart Association
- One year of acute nursing experience
