Job Summary
Registered Nurse in Neuro ICU (FT Nights) provides age-appropriate, culturally sensitive care, coordinates across settings, educates patients and families, and uses the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes. Roles include advocacy, leadership, problem solving, delegation, conflict resolution, and teamwork to support continuous improvement and patient care excellence in a high-acuity ICU setting. Required Qualifications
- RN license in good standing
- Bachelor's or Associate degree in Nursing (BSN/ADN) typically expected for RN roles
- Clinical experience in ICU/NICU preferred
- ACLS certification often preferred
- Familiarity with nursing process and patient education
