Registered Nurse - Neonatal Intensive Care Unit

Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to newborns and their families while working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary healthcare team. Utilize clinical expertise and critical thinking to deliver exceptional care, coordinate patient groups with the Multidisciplinary Team, and identify necessary hospital resources. Functions independently, accounts for utilizing the nursing process, and serves as a clinical resource for new employees. Demonstrate positive formal or informal leadership within the unit or department. Full-time swing shifts available across day and night opportunities at Saint Luke's East, part of the Kansas City region's health system.
