Registered Nurse - Neonatal ICU

Deliver safe patient care to neonates from post-delivery stabilization through discharge, utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Direct patient and family teaching while guiding activities of other nursing personnel to maintain professional standards. Respond quickly to changes in condition or treatment response, ensuring a safe environment for patients and visitors. Utilize the chain of command when necessary to ensure appropriateness of care. Requires current state RN license, BLS and NRP certificates, and one year of acute care experience. Nights shift with a sign-on bonus available.
