Job Summary
Registered Nurse Navigator for Oncology (Days); responsible for advocacy, education, and counseling of oncology patients; coordinates care across the continuum with a multidisciplinary team; serves as a clinical resource with hematology/oncology care management expertise; performs direct nursing care, patient education, and supports research; requires BSN and active IL RN license, BLS/CPR; on-site infusíon clinic positions in Arlington Heights and Wheeling, IL; Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, no weekends or holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse license
- BLS/CPR certification issued by the American Heart Association
- Minimum of 3 years of oncology experience
