Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) in the Obs, Gyne, Neonatal Resource Team provides professional nursing services for obstetrics/gynecology/neonatal patients, including complex cases; assumes leadership within the health care team and coordinates patient care and discharge. Requires recent combined mother-baby, Labour & Delivery/LDRP, neonatal, or antepartum nursing experience; bilingual English/French proficiency; CRNM registration and BLS; in-person duties at St. Boniface Hospital in Winnipeg; available for day and night shifts with 0.75 FTE.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved Registered Nursing education program
- Current CRNM registration
- Bilingualism English/French
- Active BLS Level C Registration/Re-Registration
- Criminal Records Check (including Vulnerable Sector Search)
- Child Abuse Registry Check
- Adult Abuse Registry Check
- Ability to understand and speak French to sustain varied conversations with patients and families
