Job Summary
Clinical Practice Nurse - Registered Nurse (RN) provides professional nursing services for patients, including those with complex and unpredictable health needs, with responsibilities including independent nursing services, administration of prescribed treatments, leadership within the healthcare team, and coordination of patient care and discharge. Requires post-graduate ICU nursing or equivalent experience; CRNM registration; BLS Level C; RHPA scope of practice. Ideal candidate engages in ongoing professional development, supports a diverse workforce, and may participate in skills assessments during selection. Involves in-person duties at St. Boniface Hospital in Winnipeg within the Critical Care Resource Team.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved Registered Nursing education program
- Current CRNM registration
- Post-graduate ICU nursing or equivalent experience
- Annual BLS Level C Registration/Re-Registration is required
