Job Summary
Assess, monitor, and evaluate patient conditions while developing individualized nursing care plans. Administer medications and therapeutic interventions per physician orders, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, and educate patients and families on treatment goals. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards. Requires Canadian citizenship, active RN license, and minimum one year of specialty experience. Includes $10,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.
Required Qualifications
- Canadian citizenship
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the applicable nursing specialty
- Active Registered Nurse license or eligibility for licensure
