Job Summary
Conduct thorough assessments, develop individualized care plans, and manage treatments including IV starts, chest tube management, and wound care. Educate patients and families on self-care while monitoring conditions to identify changes. Work independently to prioritize tasks and manage your own schedule within a collaborative home health environment. Requires minimum one year of recent clinical RN experience with home care experience recommended.
