Job Summary
Part-time Registered Nurse position focusing on assessing, planning, implementing, and recording patient care per interdisciplinary treatment plans. Responsibilities include leading therapeutic groups, collaborating with the interdisciplinary treatment team, and providing education to patients and families. Required qualifications include a graduate degree from an accredited nursing program, experience in med-surg and behavioral health, and a current RN license in Pennsylvania. BLS certification is required. The nurse will rotate shifts, working 2 - 12-hour shifts, and may float between various patient care units.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- 1 year med-surg experience and/or 1 year geriatric experience
- 1 year of behavioral health experience
- Possess current license as an RN in Pennsylvania or must pass nursing boards within 6 months of hire
- BLS required or obtained within 1 month of hire
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to float to all units, including geropsych, adult, and adolescent
