Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate postpartum patient care using the nursing process, therapeutic interventions, and evidence-based practice. Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members including physicians, families, and support staff while delegating tasks and managing time, supplies, and resources. Direct care delivery consistent with professional licensure provisions and revise plans based on patient response and clinical outcomes. Provide accurate and timely documentation, maintain legal and ethical standards, and promote the nursing profession. Work night shifts from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. with eligibility for shift differentials. Current RN licensure in Colorado is required, with a BSN required for all hires as of April 27, 2025.
Required Qualifications
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice
- Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of the start of employment
- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN). Education must be obtained from an accredited institution. Degree will be verified
- Night shift 7p-7a

Desired Qualifications
- RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) within four (4) years of their hire date
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN)
- Education must be obtained from an accredited institution
- Degree will be verified
