Job Summary
Implement and monitor patient care plans while assessing and coordinating discharge planning needs with the healthcare team. Serve as the primary coordinator of all disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient care. Note and carry out physician and nursing orders, monitoring and recording patient conditions as appropriate. This Full-Time Nights role at Columbia St. Mary's Milwaukee requires a Registered Nurse with Wisconsin licensure and BLS certification to deliver compassionate Mom/Baby specialty care within Ascension's nonprofit Catholic health system.
Required Qualifications
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date
- American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted certification for BLS
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
- Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire
