Job Summary
Conduct telephone triage, manage acute conditions during patient visits, and deliver care and follow-up in alignment with RN protocols for pain and spine patients. Build therapeutic relationships with patients and families, provide education, and manage care transitions while performing clinical procedures and ensuring timely EMR documentation. Coordinate effectively with all entities involved in patient care to promote safe, high-quality outcomes and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. Support the clinical team with ongoing care coordination and uphold high standards of patient service and safety within a 40-hour weekly schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a State-approved school of nursing
- Current, unrestricted, license to practice professional nursing in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Up to date with current standard of nursing care in Specialty
- Computer experience with the ability to use word processing and spreadsheet programs
- Electronic medical record (EMR) experience and/or aptitude to master the EMR based on other technology experience

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) may be required based on specialty
- 2+ years of RN experience
- Solid critical thinking, problem solving, interpersonal and patient interviewing skills
- Ability to interpret clinical information, assess the implication of treatment and develop and implement a plan of care
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work in a rapidly changing environment with multiple demands
- Excellence in practice, documentation, and cost-effective care utilization. Maintains high patient satisfaction
