Registered Nurse - MLEU North Richland Hills - Nights $15K Sign-on Bonus

Registered Nurse (RN) renders highly professional nursing care to assigned patients using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation). Directs and supervises other assigned team members and collaborates with multidisciplinary team members to provide age/developmentally appropriate care in accordance with unit standards of care. Responsibilities include clear communication, building relationships to promote collaboration, safeguarding patient safety, ensuring accurate and timely documentation, and contributing to an improved patient experience. Requires graduate of an accredited nursing program with TX RN license and BLS; BSN preferred; 12 months RN experience or Nurse Residency completion. Shift: Night, North Richland Hills, TX.
