Job Summary
Provide patient-centered care in a highly technical, fast-paced environment while collaborating with multidisciplinary team members. Deliver compassionate, quality healthcare aligned with Methodist Health System's mission to improve and save lives. Maintain accountability for performance and take initiative for professional growth within a collaborative setting. Work the 12X3 night shift across Dallas-based facilities offering Level I Trauma Center and multi-organ transplantation services.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of Nursing training from an accredited school of nursing
- Current Nursing License able to practice in the State of Texas
- Minimum 1 year RN experience or completion of Nurse Residency Program
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- American Heart Association Advanced Cardio Life Support (ACLS) Certification
- American Heart Association Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Certification
- American Heart Association or Emergency Nurse Pediatric Certification (ENPC)
- 12X3 Night shift availability
- Dallas-based location
